Curse a bit, feel ashamed of myself, swallow the rest.
Livestream
Wait for anger
Crank the audio levels up instead of down
Break something
Breathe loudly into the microphone
Spend at least 10 minutes basically repeating the same thing over and over
End stream
Do it tomorrow

I've only had brief periods of frustration, never full blown mad in singleplayer games or 1v1. I can easily cope with my own fuck-ups there since I can usually try again and improve. It's on me.
I rarely play team-based games since they're the ones that have actually made me angry. Usually after a few bad games I'll just take a break and go for a walk. Never blow anybody up in game, usually just give tips but I'll be screaming at them in my head as I watch them make the same dumb decisions every game.

I keep playing and continue getting mad until I transcend my rage and gei into a state of calmness. Then I start playing better while in that state.
It only happened with monster hunter but generally I don't get mad at videogames.
>>377867353
give up and try another day

I legitimately haven't gotten mad at a video game during this millennium
I remember getting mad at Ninja Gaiden and the first Super Mario Bros, and I swear that's why they made the NES controller so invincible to throwing. But ever since then I have never felt the slightest tinge of rage over a loss.

I just relax and realize what I'm doing wrong. Chances are more times than not I fucked up somehow and getting mad just clouds my judgment and makes me do even worse. So I just let it go, if it's someone on my team doing something dumb that causes it I basically just accept the loss and focus on myself, yelling at them is going to make them feel even worse about themselves and make them do even worse, assuming they even acknowledge you.
Last time I got mad at video games was my fault
I was tilting hard and didn't stop playing so I lost again and then I put my hand through my desk
Cheap ass particle board desk but still

>People get mad at videogames
Why? Even as a child I didn't get mad at videogames
My autistic self has already broken about 5 Xbone controllers, 2 mice, a keyboard, and I don't even know how many 360 controllers.
it's just a game bro chill :^)

Just switch it off, do something else to vent, then come back
benzos
Try again 1 more time. If I still fuck it up, I turn it off and do something else. Get a glass of activated water or whatever. I don't go back to the game until after a few hours or the next day.
I never throw or break anything, though. I don't really understand how someone could get that upset

Be good at them.
If you're not good at all games, then stick to games you're good at.
If you just straight up suck at everything then invest in anger management classes cause i don't know how you'll play any multiplayer games.
Frustrated sure, but I've never gotten mad at a video game after Middle School.
It's a hobby, you're supposed to enjoy it for the sake of enjoying it. You don't have an obligation to be the world's best at anything.
