Hit head.
Roll into it after it starts a combo or tries to bite you.
Hit underside until you see it stand up a bit
Run towards the tail to escape the fire blast, hit tail in the meantime.
Once fire blast is over, go back to underside to keep hitting it.
Midir will do another blast, so you can repeat the same thing. If not, just dodge and go to whatever is closer, head or underside.

Rinse and repeat.

he does have a lot of health. using the knight set and dragon crest shield and claymore i did it around the 4th try? the camera angles and awkward movements are hard to get used to.

I also found it easier to block the overhead fire breathing rather than taking a chance of getting hit running away.

Each little cloud will do 500 damage in like ~5 seconds, so if you can keep him in one spot and spam it he'll be down 2k health very quickly

My mother has an abscess in her mouth from two broken teeth. She is refusing to go to the dentist for no real reason. She has TTP and has a very poor immune system requiring her to be on antibiotics for life. Her temperature today was 37.5C (99.5F). My question is how dangerous is this.
