First of all, take those cords off of the ground. I don't care what you do with them, just put them somewhere you won't roll over them and make them look good.

Pick up that grinder (I assume it is a grinder) and booze and other unnecessary shit and put it on a shelf. Keep your desk clean or put only work related stuff on there. All other items have to go.

Why the fuck is your headset on the ground right next to the wheels of your chair? Are you actually purposefully trying to break that shit? Clear a spot on your desk, this will be your standard headset spot.

I like the two screens and the shared standard they're on, however I have two screens and barely know what to do with the second one most of the time. Really think about whether you need that third screen. If you come to the conclusion you don't really need it, get that shit off your desk and sell it or give it away. It will look a lot better and you'll have a lot more empty space.

The way to "upgrade" would be to get an i7 and DDR4, or if you want to truly cheap out on not having to get DDR4, get a 4790k but there's no real point when it's only $20 cheaper than a 7700k.
