Final boss is a QTE that requires instructions on the screen to complete it. You also have to do a quest before it to get special armor and a weapon that allows you to do the fight thus invalidating your character build, stats, and gear you acquired through the entire game.

Beat this for the first time a week ago and Nyx Avatar wasn't bad at all

I had Akihiko on debuffs constantly and never dropped below half hp, and when he started using the shield every other turn I just set the rest of the party on standby and used Rush mode to do damage whenever the shield went down

You can kill Orphan of Kos the same way without even entering the arena, that doesn't mean he's a chump. It means you're a chump for fighting him that way. You couldn't beat him normally.

And he isn't hard but not for your retarded as fuck reason, he's just shit. Bloodborne is about fighting monsters and instead you get to chase a retard wearing a bird cage on his head for 15 minutes while he repeats the same lines of dialogue between short and easy fights before he jumps into a pit and spams one spell over and over.

It's just a shit fight and it's the point in BB where the game has a major drop in quality.

I really enjoyed the game and then that last fucking battle. god, it was so dissapointing.
After assembling a fucking army to battle for mordor, the big battle is reduced to "your 5 faggot leaders vs some other 5 faggot leaders + the guy that killed you the most" bullshit. Why did I even have to cuck all those leaders when they have no fucking soldiers? What kind of grand final fight was that?
And as if that wasn't enough of a dissapointment, the boss battle is done with the most unsatisfying mechanic ever created: a goddamn QTE. Good thing we got all those sweet skills to dash, jump, slow time, counter or distract the enemy because progamming a good 1vs1 fight would be to hard.
I'm still getting shadow of war, though. They can't do the same mistake twice, right?

One could even argue that it's fair because the meteors explode in consistent patterns and the boss' own flying pattern is predictable, it's just really really hard

Galbalan though, he's braindead easy and his patterns consist of being unhittable for 30 seconds and then MAYBE being hittable for half a second for a single hit of his asstons of HP, and if you happen to be on the wrong side of the screen when he comes down you're in for another pointlessly long wait dodging the same projectiles over and over
and that's JUST for each of his hands, which is only half the fight

Can't find a good picture of it. The absolute last boss battle in Final Fantasy Tactics Advance is against a couple of corrupt Judges. The fight is over in a couple of turns. The judges have absolutely nothing special about them, not even high stats. They are basically Paladins but without any skills.
