What's an abnormal way you've played a game?
I've bought a game twice and cross-played with myself between Vita and PS3, for trophies.

I played dozen of 2 player PS1 games with my hands on P1 and feet on P2.
Played through Deus Ex one time almost exclusively using the GEP gun, LAWs and Dragon Tooth.
My inventory was so congested I only had two units free and would sometimes have to drop LAWs to free up space in order to carry something I needed, sometimes I'd wouldn't pick up something until I used a LAW and then go all the way back to where it was to get it
I played Gran Turismo 2 with a DDR mat when my regular controller died

I played pic related on a DDR mat just for the fun of it. I had a hacked ps1 and could play any game I wanted, and this is what I did. Kids are retarded. I also played a lot of pepsiman.

I played through Dishonored trying to get "perfect" mission result screens for each level.
That meant no kills, never detected, no bodies discovered, and all money/runes/charms collected.
It was pretty fucking brutal, particularly that super long mission where you're captured by Daud.

>cross-played with myself
fpbp

That was basically the only way to get all the starters back in gen 1 (before Yellow) since there was no breeding and thus no one was willing to trade their starters.

I did this with Red and Blue. That's how I got all 150.

Me and my sister used to play Melee together, but we would make up our own story mode when playing free for all.

Cute
I used to do shit like that with my cousins
When i was a kid there was this game i was fixated with called alfred the chicken but for some reason the 2nd level was bugged so somehow i had to learn how to navigate despite the glitches

Sumire a best.
When I was a kid I used to play F1GP with my brother and since it didn't have multiplayer we would play by each naming half of the cars as people we knew or as some charachters and then we would only be allowed to control our own cars. Instead of actually racing we would just crash into cars and try to destroy them. The last car still working would win.

I did something similar.
>Playing birderlands TPS
>one of the trophies require you to heal your friends
>Use my vita as second controller
It was quite interesting.
I played God of War without knowing english.
>mfw stuck on the desert level for 2+ hours because I had no idead what to do

Used to make up my own stories along with my cousin that tied into gameplay, events inside the story were decided by whoever won whatever game we were playing at the time.
Then eventually it was just me doing it.
Eventually that stopped. I miss it.
Beat Mega Man 2 & 3 with Xbox Rock band guitar several times. Also with one hand on the NES
Occasionally I'll play a game one-handed if I'm not that interested in it. One time a friend was playing call of duty and asked me to play for him while he did something. So I just put my left hand on the controller, used the palm for the left stick, and the thumb for the right stick. To shoot, I would push the controller into the couch, which would cause both triggers to be pressed. Pretty handy, considering that's basically the only way to shoot in that game, and the auto-aim made it easier. I just browsed my phone with the other hand.
new super mario bros mini mushroom run

I played through KH2FM with the standard keyblade only because its the only feasable looking one.
