Didn't even need two other party members, it was kinda of a let down TBQH. I felt like Dante in DMC4, was hoping for a few more sparks from Prime Minister Armstrong. Never grinded in Mementos and I didn't use the Reaper flu trick to get massive EXP either.

There's more than just lockpicks you can construct. One of the items is a rare Shadow bait, for some reason I thought they only worked in Palaces so I never used it in Mementos.

Anyway when I was at the Casino that rare Shadow bait combined with Futaba's Confidant buff of randomly setting a location's loot = rare Shadows kept respawning for me. I was only doing it for the money too since I was also buffed from Fortune's Confidant All-Out-Attack money increase.
