The game was amazing but soundtrack wasn't really outstanding. The biggest letdown was the final battle theme which was a complete miss and re-using rivers in the desert three times

The thing about the Persona games is they all take on a different musical tone, so if P3 soundtrack didn't do it for you P4 or P5 might be your cup of tea.

P5 and P3 are my favorite more likely leaning toward P5.

P4 had some great tracks too but its def 3rd place for me.

Overall I'd rank it higher than 3 or 4. I don't think it ever reaches the same highs as 3 but it doesn't have a whole lot of flat out annoying tracks dragging it down either.

Mementos is the one song that prevents me from saying p5 had a perfect ost. Fuck that repetitive bullshit.

The only things I dislike about P5's OST are the credits song, which isn't as memorable as Memories of You and Never More, and the fact that you cant listen to different songs in Mementos like you could in Tartarus. Other than that it's great.

If you don't like it, then you don't like it and that's cool, but have you tried listening to With the Stars and Us again? I didn't feel it after hearing it during the actual credits, but I went and listened to it online a couple days after and my liking for it grew exponentially each time. Now I've listened to it a ton more and I love it just as much as 3 and 4's credits. Just give it another chance.

I've listened to it maybe half a dozen times, and I do quite like it. It just didn't have the same impact on me as the songs in 3 and 4. I think I should have worded my original post differently since I do actually like the song.
