Any time devs nerf a weapon in a PVE game. Borderlands 2, Destiny, Diablo 3, all of them are guilty of it. We don't want the player feeling too powerful in our presentation of a fucking power fantasy, now do we?

Greninja was nerfed to hell multiple times after smash 4's release despite not being remarkable in the first place. This lead to him being called "Frogadier" (greninja's prior stage) by the fanbase.

That nerf was completely justified and honestly should only affect the highest level of play. If you're doing that stupid animation cancel in anything lower than challenger, you still have so many more important things to improve on that it doesn't even fucking matter.

Graves has been S tier almost perma since his fucking rework, he needs a good gutting. Not quite Ivern levels of needs-a-gutting, but still. Remove kebab.

He had a consistent 50% win rate from his launch until Blizzard removed one of his talents because "people were playing him wrong", then it tanked and never recovered no matter how they buff him
