I just got done leveling Sharena and Alfonse to Lv40 at 4* (Anna's already 5* and fully decked). I figured if they are bringing the trio to arena by rotation, I may as well have a fail safe.

Alf inherited Ruby Sword so he can square off against the multitude of Hectors.

Sharena's buff-debuff-tank. If I 5* anyone, she's definitely next in line since her lance is amazing.

Anna is a warping unit whos purpose is to clean-up dead units and check Reinhardts with her amazing Res stat.

How to fix FE Heroes:

>Add "Weekly Quests" which give out 5 to 7 orbs and other goodies like XP crystals, feathers, Light's Blessings, seals, random 3 star heroes, etc.
>Increase the amount of monthly quests slightly, make them give out 25 orbs total.
>Give all players 3-5 orbs each time there is a new banner.
>Give you the option to spend orbs on more things like permanently increasing total stamina, getting a fourth daily arena sword, increasing stamina regeneration rate, increasing SP gains (like if everyone survives they all get 2 SP), or leveling up a hero who is a 5 star at level 40.

Yeah I was surprised they made her combat capable at all and she didn't just end up being a Ninian clone that's there to give you extra turns. Also her lack of HP and DEF growth is meant to reflect the fact that she's still supposed to be physically frail but her Strength and Speed growths make up for it. She can basically dance her way out of having to take a hit and still contribute a little combat wise. She's not gonna be like some major force but she's not as weak as you might think after gaining some levels.

Heroes made her godly and practically the best spear user though cause of the rarity of both spear users so far to begin with and the fact that she can give extra turns which only one other character who is a red can giving her some pretty exclusive versatility. I assume once they include Ephraim he'll take the title of best spear user, but perhaps not cause you know...sing man.

Your Azura has +Atk though. She can punch people back pretty hard. Also, -Spd isn't so bad since she reaches 33 assuming she keeps the A-Slot Speed skill. She'll be doubled by certain Heroes, but not most of cast.

From my experience using him, threat.def works nicely if you want to oneshot neutral hp and def hector, any other reds/greens/colorless, he can oneshot easily without it assuming you have death blow later on.
Then again if one of your other units carrying hone atk for him, it will be more useful. You can't go wrong with threat def or hone buffs on chrom for your other team mates
