Story is super cheesy (they poke fun at its cheesyness a lot in game) and is just a vehicle for more robo combat and part unlocks. Definitely not bad.

Ah gotcha, I've got Billy in right now but I've never actually played through it before (bought it on ebay last year but it didn't work on my wii as with some of my other gamecube stuff even though it works fine on the cube itself).
