I actually think that the PvP changes are good.
Now PvP is basically like PotD, a separated game that improves the main game without being affected by it, but with lala/cat/lizard degenerates to kill instead of monsters and shit.
Everything being available on the same level means actual map rotation on PvP roulette, that improves it a lot too.

No it really isn't. Would you want to consolidate all the buffs in the game into a 30s +50% damage buff and have it activate automatically when you're pressing 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 over and over again. The thing about simplification is eventually shitters want more and more until you become Modern WoW.

so with the "combat revamp" their aim was to simplify shit and make playing dsp roles easier.
what they did was add an additional ui element that you have to eye ball, they also repeatedly stated that rotations wont change much if at all.
but now not only do you have to track all your dots now you also need to look at the ui element.

Locke is a Thief, Umaro is a Berserker, Edgar is an Engineer. That shadow spell looks like a great burst of damage on what's essentially a 30sec cooldown (as long as you switch stances to keep enochian up). Thunder II and IV being AoE means you'll be able to use trash and adds as batteries for your thunder III procs. That and the thunder I/III fusion means you'll be able to keep your sharpcast for Fire, making your standard rotation more intense, and more mobile.
