Im in a similar stituation, on a shitty college PC, but with free internet (although most gaming related ports are blocked and I dont want to spend money on a VPN).

I usually dont play card game shit, but that game really sucked me in.

If you have friends to play with (online), youre going to love it I think. Its free and runs on a toaster, it also has a shitload of interesting campaigns that really make you spend time on them.
