lol I have one and a 4160 i3 not even a good CPU and I can play Doom, Overwatch, ect on ultra/epic, 60fps at 1080p. Turning a few settings down I can get well over 100fps stable on Overwatch which I do because I have a 144hz monitor.

I had an AMD gpu and switched from it because there are known issues with many popular games that go unfixed for months, years in some cases. Artifacts, fucked up textures. After I switched I haven't had any issues.

My best suggestion is finding an old version of the driver, also when your installing there is an option somewhere during the instillation to clean install. The name for this varies but it should clean up any old instillation files before installing.
