The problem with this game is that it tries way too hard to be non linear when it's just naturally non linear with its exploration and quest design.

I thought the game was good until I played Horizon: Zero Dawn. Zelda became "meh" after that. Still decent tho

It's a good Zelda game - it tries a new formula similar to the first two Zelda games.
Zelda games were getting extremely stale, it's pretty much the same shit since LttP
