Are you serious? 4 has absolutely none of that when compared to 3. I only played 4 for the first a couple months ago, and I was kind of afraid of mudo and shit after remembering there being a lot in 3. There were so few instances of it in 4, if any, that I don't even remember them at all.

Adding to this, just finished the game for the first time tonight. I remember two enemies in the entire game that used either of the instakill spells. Only real instance of bullshit was Contrarian King.
