I'm like 300 points from dropping to tier 16, so I'm making a new, BST based team.
Would this makeup be viable for deathless Arena runs? Should I put any particular skills or just replace someone entirely? Right now, Effie is the Brave Lance set with Ward Armor for Hector, Hector is standard Bonfire with WoM, Ike is basically vanilla with Quick Riposte, and Sheep is Sheep.

Yeah, sounds about right. That as far as cav memes will take you, only way to go higher is to not use any of the cav mages at all and slap Fury on everyone, assuming it still adds to your score.

If you have 3 5* and 4*bonus heroes full SI, you should be able to score around ~4750 deathless. Drop dancer, she is tanking your score, get used playing with 3 main units, you just need ranged blues and you are good to go with that team

Yes to Sharena, and maybe to Alphonse. Sharena's really strong, and is one of the best lance user out there. Alphonse, on the other hand, isn't all that great, but that's because he's completely overshadowed by the myriad of other swords that this game has to offer. He's still a solid unit otherwise, you just got to build him right.

Sharena and Anna yes. They've helped me plenty on certain quests where an axe or lance is needed and when they require that no units die. I've yet to see a good use for Alphonse though, other than the recent gauntlet and seal quests.

I burned a couple of duel crests and apparently this team can't even break 4800 somehow, though it doesn't have any actual problems doing a no death run. All my opponents are around 684 points worth. How do I raise my score higher? Do I even need to replace useful vanilla skills like Wary Fighter?

It really comes down to luck. Most of my battles are 684 too, but I back out until I get a 688+ round. My team, though, does have a decent amount of skill inheritance. I even put aether on ike instead of luna, which is much less useful imo. And rating improves based on sp cost of skills.

Hi. I started playing a couple days ago and had gotten cornelia and thunder guy.

I ended up rerolling trying to get ike or lucina. After a million rerolls, I gave up after getting honors and nowi in my first 40 stones.

Are my units good?
What is the best team I can make?
Should I replace raven with the titty monster?
How often do the focuses change? I was thinking of saving my stones till lucina and ike are focus characters.
Can you get 20k feathers in a reasonable time as f2p, or should I give up on advancing raven?

I've recently made my own Alfonse 5*. I was considering giving him brave sword +, but all he does in my matches is reposition shit around anyways, so I don't really see the point. Maybe I'm underestimating how hard he hits with the thing.

Your teams are good, you just need green coverage more. Raven is decent but there are better greens, especially with mage meta.
To get 20 k in the past you need 2 weeks worth of feathers from arena and gauntlet once a month. Now if you have the time to grind, you can get that from arena and hero merits. It's alright, sometimes IS gave feathers for free from event or quiz

They could be much worse, at any rate. Ninian's one of the weaker Dancers, but a Dancer all the same, Hinoka needs a Flier team to work, but she's also needed to make them work, for whatever that's worth. Sanaki is a pretty powerful Red nuker. Nowi is one of the best units in the game, so you should start looking up her stat spread if she's at Level 1. Boey is eh, but still the best Green filler you have.

You're REALLY heavy on Magical damage, but it's the strongest team you got.

Gods no. Neither unit is terribly useful at 4* anyways, you're probably better off not using them. If you must use one though, use Raven.

You just missed Ike's banner, so you're probably SOL on that for a good while. Lucina isn't really worth rolling for nowadays, but if she's your waifu for some ungodly reason, you could do much worse unit-wise. Focuses themselves change irregularly, but they're always up for at least a little while.

You can get ~20k in a month if you're playing well in Arena. So no, not a reasonable timeframe, and honestly you're better off not promoting him either.
