Playing it right now, and it seems that it was their focus on PvE over PvP. Elsword's PvP is unplayable dogshit regardless though (And PvE is barely passable mindless button mashing until late game too). I only still bother logging in once in a while due to Eve dress up.

The official one is fine enough. Suffered a loss of players but supposedly has enough to stay alive. Void used to be more active but they never fucking update or they delay it for months on end. Did they even bring in LuCiel yet?

If you mean stats you need 50% critical and 50% maximize, at least for pve afaik
optimus got nerfed into the dirt so hard she's one of the most useless classes in the game or maybe that was freyja, idk. One of rose's classes is dead right now.
