Did you go KLWP pro? Make sure the KLWP skin is in the right path. I also had problems with the skin since it doesnt scroll at all. I needed to find a static wallpaper first, set it as home wallpaper, restart my phone, restart nova launcher and set the confidant wallpaper to make it work

Did you install NOVA Launcher? I thought I was fucking up too until I installed it, and it worked just fine.
The other assets (Weather and Day counter) are from another theme you need to download from the description. (Its on LE REDDIT but just add the file to your drive and exploit google so you can get around the DL limit)

Then its really just as easy as copy pasta the assets into the theme in OP, export it and done.
