Having a good d-pad is huge, especially if you like fighting games. XBO controller is also wireless, 8 of them are supported simultaneously and it just feels better.

I always liked how playstation controllers were shaped. They just felt good in my hands. I don't have a ps3 or 4 though so the last one I have experience with was my ps2 controllers. I got a 360 controller a while ago for pc games and it's very good. I'm not sure how easy it is to connect a ps4 controller but the 360 one was plug in and go with no setup at all.

to answer OP question, its whatever controller you like because you can use all of them. i use a ds4, 360, and buffalo snes style.

I tried using my sisters custom Playstation Move controller just to see if it would work for some games but it refused to connect to bluetooth. Wouldn't even be detected. That's my vote.

I use Elite on PC. I love the reprogrammable buttons and the 4 paddles on back. Solid, quality feel, too.

Tried the Steam controller. The software is flexible and powerful. Can do almost anything with it but I could not get used to the touch pads. If you can use the pads it is a good controller for PC because it can emulate almost anything.

Honest to god, it is by far the best non-nintendo d-ad I've ever used. It looks like complete shit, the design doesn't do it justice. It looks fucking goofy but in actual practice it feels great.

I still largely prefer the dualshock for most games but if I'm playing a 2D game on my PC, the elite controller all the way.

WiiU pro is great. Xbone is a direct upgrade to X360, which is great but has a shit Dpad. Also, xbox cons are THE standard. Dualshock is always fine, can't go wrong with it. Haven't tried the pro switch con, but I've heard it's great.

Only correct answers. I might add that we're talking about keyboard that doesnt lock with atleast 6 buttons pressed simultaneously. The only step up is wireless kb+m if u want to play from the bed/coouch or something.
