How is this on console? Never been a huge fan of turn based gameplay but I've been craving something like Diablo but with a story. Worth the buX?
>Div:OS
>something like Diablo
Oh boy
reminder that every person who mainly plays on console is a retard and ignorant about everything related to videogames, from genres to game design itself.

Nightmarish. The pointer moves so damn slowly. It simply was poorly configured for being on console.

Hahaaha right on my dude! Add me on xbl fgmtndew420 xD

>something like Diablo
confirmed retarded
But it's working great for a CRPG on console. The UI and controls are really good.

Is combat pacing relatively smooth? I'm getting a sense there's a decent story with a fable like sense of humor.

More so interested in the isometric pov

>Is combat pacing relatively smooth?
What do you even mean by that? It's a fucking turnbased CRPG there's no "smooth" feel to it. You do your turn. You end your turn. You watch the AI for 30 seconds and it's your turn again.

>Worth the buX?
Not if you want Diablo. Like the first 5+ hours of the game is just spent in the small little starting town going back and forth talking to NPC's while doing quests.

Works perfectly on console.
The game itself is a drag and not worth buying though. After you leave the Cyseal area, the story goes to shit

From my experience on PC, the combat was good but the story was worse than Fable
I dropped it after 70 hours due to the story not progressing and the combat was getting samey
Also the loot is randomized and not interesting
However many anons have said it is really good as a coop game, it has been designed around this in many ways so I would try and get someone else to play it with you
Menuing is a nightmare on console but everything else works pretty well.

You wouldn't think a turn based game would make for a good co-op experience but man, it's a lot of fun. It really helps to make the combat shine when you can bounce ideas of each other and think like two individuals rather than one. Like we came up with some really incredibly creative tactics I would never have bothered with on my own.
