Xenoverse is fine. I like how the game has a lot of content and playability in single player (something complicated to have in traditional fighters)

The character creation is also pretty good, a lot of customization, a lot of variety .
I don't have any issues with Xenoverse, but I want another Dragon Ball Z, a different game.

Making a new Budokai type of game would be great, sadly, I doubt Toe/Bamco will bother with making a new dragon ball game as long as Xenoverse is profitable. Till the sales drop, you will have a xenoverse every damn year

We've got 19 DBZ games and no Farmer with a Shotgun character yet. I thought he'd be included in at least Dragon Ball Z Budoktai Tenkaichi 4 but it never came out.

One stick, four face buttons, two inside-shoulder buttons on each joycon. That's than enough for Xenoverse.
If specifically for 1v1 fights, you can take out the R1 Lock-On button, and combine L1 Guard and L2 Boost into guarding when stationary and boost/evade when moving the stick.

So much could be done with Super and Goku characters. Him slowly turning into a ruthless Sayian. His hunger for new challengers, for more power leading him towards the evil side with vegeta being the one to stop him.

I enjoy the singleplayer a lot. You have a lot to do. The character customization is very engaging and fairly deep. The story mode has a good length and then you have the side missions with there are a lot of them. Literally hundreds of side missions and expert missions you need to do to unlock attacks, costumes and other items for you to customize your character.

The online is there, a lot of people enjoy it. I don't play it all that much due to the shitty netcode. Terrible lag most of the times and the game isn't the most polished for serious competitive multiplayer.

Xenoverse 2 is definitely worth a 30 bucks max

This shit. Hell, why are Saibamans playable at all? They are minion characters. If you are going to have them in the game, make them normal enemies for you to deal, like the cell juniors.

No one uses them. They don't even have interesting attacks for you to use with your custom character.

Hell, I would take a playable Bulma that attacks using weapons (rifles, rocket launchers) or Launch with the same gimmick, over Saibaman and Cell Juniors.
Bulma and Launch would be at least interesting and original.
