HOTS has more skin freedom. Morales has a Samus skin for example.

I believe they explicitly stated they wanted to keep OW's skins generaly "in universe" for a while before making WoW/Diablo/Starcraft skins or otherwise.

HotS would've done better if it actually was yet-another-dota-clone, they dumbed it down too much.

My favorite part about them adding OW heroes is that all of them have gotten skins far better than the ones they actually have in OW itself (Soundblast, Thunder Guard/Cyberdemon, Spectre/Ghost, Neon Dragon, and Goliath Pilot specifically), and they'll never get them in that game.

Why did they make the over watch characters so op? They shouldn't be able to move and attack with no cool down. Having to do a .5 sec reload every 2 sec is not a downside for vastly better mobility than anyone else.
