I still don't quite understand how she's a top tier unit. 32 speed is "alright" and she has good attack for the most part(although my experiance with a -attack ephraim shows that she'll fail to one hit a lot of important reds[same attack]), but 28/22 defenses doesn't really seem all that impressive. For flier team you ideally need a Hone and Goad Fliers user (Hinoka and Palla), Fortify Fliers user (Caeda, but she sucks, better to SI the skill to someone else). For attacking you generally want Spring Camilla (really strong with Gronnblade + buffs), Cordelia or Minerva. You can add Subaki, Michalis or Beruka if you want a tank.

Anna usually wants to tank one hit from a non red unit and then kill them next turn. Since she will have desperation the next turn they're usually won't be enough hits to proc draconic aura.. you get moonbow off more often in general.

I don't think being at 40 speed instead of 41 hurts her that much. Most high speed units are either unused or red sword users, meaning you won't see them that often. The most harmful thing is probably just having a harder time hurting yourself to desperation/warp shenanigan range but I haven't seen how much that 2 hp difference matters. Same deal with attack and defenses, I don't think the one difference is going to matter all that much but I haven't looked into it

Battling Lloyd is pretty good, all the units have solid reasons for pulling and can put in work.
Celicas banner is less so, Celicas and maybe Mae are the only great ones.
If you need one of the roles they offer filled then roll, they won't be offering another 5% focus banner for a long time.

Yeah, she a good stock unit, best speed of green axes ( and thus can double most other green and blues. There are faster reds than her, but she shouldn't be attacking them anyway)

Her weapon is quite good, especially if you build her as a desperation user. She,s the only one that can teleport and desperation, pretty fucking good.
And she'll be the arena bonus unit 1/3 times, which is always nice

Only ''bad'' free unit is Alfonse. He can fonction pretty well if you give him a brave sword+ so is good attack and low speed stop being problematic ( and he got DB 3 already ) But he's outclassed at it by Seliph, Chrom

Surviving one round is usually all you need when combat is usually over quickly once fighting actually starts. She tanks a hit, then you retaliate with all you have, especially if you have a dancer to help somebody take out two units. She's not going to be killed by any swords, save for maybe Ike so the only danger to her is another strong lance or an axe, which is why you learn to bait and position properly in the first place so that doesn't happen. In a game where damage output is so high and ORKO's are the meta, surviving a round is huge.

35 base attack is very good with a brave lance and 32 speed is pretty nice too.
Her speed is in a bit of an in-between of not fast enough for quads but not so awful to want to kill it so she could do with a killer or silver lance but she's not an awful unit and is perfectly usable if you like her, especially on a flying team.

Triangle Adept: Units who want specifically to murder the opposing color. Raven tome users love it because it allows them to kill colorless as well. Nowi, Olivia, Sophia, Robin, Cecilia, Henry, Ninian all make good use of it.

Wings of Mercy: Dancers love it. Units in a your arena defense team also benefit from it as it often takes the enemy by surprise. Olivia, Ninian and Azura love it. Hector is especially good with it on defense (on offense there are often better choices for him).

Raven is quite underrated, his stats are nearly identical to Ryoma and he can get them quad attacks.
Hinoka is alright combat wise but more importantly is the only way to get hone fliers so if you ever want to make a flying team then you need her. And since this is the second banner she's been on so far she probably won't be on another for a very long time.

Minerva is pretty easy to beat, she's great in offense but many mages would be able to take her with that LaD.

Takumi will lose to a lot of distant counterers, like Minerva he's much more useful in offense than defense.

As for what team to use, I would just go with Tiki/Kagero/Epharim/Anna.

I would look to getting a dancer to 5*, Tiki is prety annoying when she can get to you first. Same with Kagero. Any other considerations would depends on what skills you've given to who.

If you're going to promote maybe think about getting that Nino in shape if she's +atk.
