I've been getting back into Black Desert lately. Sure it has a grind, but I just play it to chill out and go fishing or exploring. The colors are really beautiful.

People love Middle-earth, especially some older folks, like 50+ old. Most of the player base is quite old and stuck with it, and it's quite faithful to the Tolkien lore and doesn't get over the top like a lot modern fantasy.

It's a shame that all the dlc in the world can't save the short campaign and rushed climax.

Also, the playerbase is like a single person who just beats their 8 dailies. Nigga doesn't take any breaks, and can't ever seem to party up with anybody.

It's only ever good to get into an MMO when it's just starting out of close to it.
