Still this game would be a lot better if you didn't have to wait to buy more than a single weapon. You're going to need like 2-3 katanas minimum to get through the later floors, why do you have to wait an hour to attempt it unless you're banking on the repair mushrooms.

This game would've been GOTY for me if it wasn't focused on being free to play. I would've bought 3 copies of it if it were more like a standard release.

I haven't spent a cent on it and I'm sure I have over 200 hours.

what you do is make several weapons to mix it up, im still playing it, like once you make it to 31+ floors, star working on the pork chopper, katana and death burner to have some varied high damage weapons

The main problem with the f2p aspect is the scaling as you go up the tower. Buyback prices, damage, enemy health, etc scale exponentially while your rewards progress fairly linearly. It's still doable, but the grind becomes too much.

Absolutely agreed.
The combat, weapons, aesthetics and music are actually amazing in this game. I pray for a non-F2P version with no cooldown times and less farming, but unfortunately it isn't going to happen.

I haven't played in a while but am I the only one who said fuck armor and weapons and just went bare fists and nude? I hate when games make everything have shit durability, I just focused on leveling HP and STR for my characters.

There needs to be fist augmenting weapons. The damage fall off later on when everything gets 10K health out of nowhere makes me sad they aren't viable late game.

The problem I run into with killing yourself to get the body back in the later levels is that they keep falling off of ledges, so I have to go back to the waiting room to get them to respawn.

floor 15 screamers are stronger, maybe you where still on a grade 1 fighter? that or having broken or no armor would do lots of damage to you, id say striker is EASILY the best class for climbing, lots of strength for damage, lots of hp for not getting comboed to death
