Doubtful. They are pretty particular with their graphic fidelity.

What specs do you need for this?
My R390 runs the game at about 40-50 fps in single player. Online performance is a lot worse because they have networking issues they are ironing out. I think the devs are upgrading some of their workstations to 1080ti.

People are spending huge amounts of money on this game. Scary amounts. Star Citizen could be the best game ever, and it still wouldn't be worth anywhere near the masses of money people are throwing at it.

Can you even imagine what those people would do if Star Citizen turned out to be a slightly below average, 5/10 No Man's Sky with prettier graphics and a framerate like a slideshow? There would be outrage. Fits of anger. Definitely at least one suicide.

What you don't see is any financials or devlogs in any other game. And what you certainly don't see is any FULL game reaching the same level of technical and artistic competence a fucking ALPHA has achieved so far.
