1) It made token prices shoot up YET AGAIN.
2) I like how the Battle.net launcher is small and isn't riddled with gay shit everywhere like Steam, Uplay, Origin etc.

Fuck these guys, I'm glad a step is being made to move away from steam. I'd much rather deal with blizz support than valve support. Blizzard responds almost instantly in live chat to problems and resolves the issues you have. Valve takes months, sometimes a year to respond to a ticket and it's an automated response that doesn't even relate to your issue.

I'm not some autist that needs to have all my games on one platform, i'd much rather prefer a healthy competition, and if that means bringing bnet out of blizzard only, I'd welcome it

Personally I'm hyped to be able to play D2 on PC. Being able to play on the mostly reliable and large user base of bnet makes me even more hype.

Have they said if it'll be subscription based? It wasn't on console but you still had to give microsoft/sony their cut, and I'd be surprised if Blizzard turned away from that cash.

I'd assume most of them are terrified that everyone playing WoW are going to be exposed to Destiny and the player base will disintegrate before their eyes leaving them alone while people moved onto the next big MMO.

Destiny 2 will more than likely have launch problems the same way Destiny 1 did, and Bungie's first PC port in a long-ass time ensures there WILL be problems, and launching on a not-Steam platform ensures that ActiBliz's ass is covered when it comes to refunds.
