Hopefully they won't, sprinting into a hail of gunfire unarmed doesn't sound particularly entertaining, neither does getting raped in the barracks by convicts turned comrades.
Also I doubt they'd be too interested in stirring up another controversy by adding rape qte's when you're stealing supplies from your countrymen or breaking into undefended German homes.
