Worth a playthrough at least.

It's a fairly alright stealth game, typical stuff like hiding in a shadow until the guy walks past you and then you kill him, but it has a nice war story to it.

The morphine mechanic is just stupid though so decide for yourself whether you want to use it or have a challenge.
