You think people drawing Kemono Friends artwork are all heavily invested in the story and characters or just following the current artwork trend. Yeah it's funny when they just slap the personalities they think the characters have onto their artwork creating an almost sort of homogeny of imagary. Far too many characters nowadays with that cheesy slasher smile pixiv artists love to portray characters with for example.

It was actually surprising to me a bit because I saw a bunch of 2B fanart of the game before playing it thinking she was supposed to be a character like Zero from Drakengard 3 and then I play the game and she's basically just a "the mission is the mission, gotta complete the mission" sort of personality like a character out of an old school sci-fi anime but then says plenty of things like "hey you didn't attack me so I have no reason to attack you" and even makes quibbles about how unfortunate the situations for some characters are like she's capable of greater comprehension than she lets on if it they're just passing concerns at most it shows that the character isn't some straight psychopath or dominant type by any stretch.

Bullshit, you don't get to 99 just by doing all the sidequests. I did absolutely everything I could and cleared/revisited older areas all the time looking for more secrets and I didn't even hit 80 by the end. You'd have to do a fair bit of grinding to end at 99 where you can "easily" beat Emil's both fights.

I think I'm level 84 and I just beat both of the bosses this evening with ease. I had gotten every other achievement except for the three that required me to win these fights, which is to say I had every pod and weapon upgrade aside from Emil's heads, obviously. Every quest aside from the unit data one was complete. I think a lot of the ease came from chips, though - having played so much you get to fuse some pretty strong chips that don't take up much room.

Basically all I did to clear both bosses was keep my distance and spam the laser-type pod, quickly releasing and holding fire again periodically to trigger the extra spam. I thought I would have to hack to do real damage but it was actually slower than the spam.

I'm playing on normal, though. Are you on hard?

I don't really either, I just found Normal to be very easy due to how strong your defensive options are, perfect dodge has a generous window and lets you avoid pretty much all damage and you can pause to heal.
