The Witcher 3: Blood & Wine was legitimately the best game of 2016. It has DLC on its title, but it's longer than the majority of full games.

Best game is DOOM followed by Dishonored 2, Hitman, X-COM 2, Titanfall 2 and finally Oxenfree.
and oh yeah.. there was DaS3 too.

Total War Warhammer.

Rimworld was the most fun i had of any game released in 2016.

I didn't think Furi was that great. I enjoyed it for the most part, but it only being a boss rush hurt the game. Not to mention several bosses had phases which were entirely too frustrating such as the last phase of the sniper. Then there were the last two bosses which were entirely too easy. Game felt too short and lacking too much content.

Rabi Ribi was fun.

This isn't a very /v/-core opinion, but my favorites were The Witness and Dark Souls 3.
I like Furi and Darkest Dungeon too, but not on the same level.
I haven't played Dishonored 2 yet since I didn't like the first one at all.
DOOM was mediocre to me
