Supportable it was going to be released in March, gets delayed a month or two.
Two months later and nothing. They are either going to release it with literally no fanfare or they'll post something in a few months saying "ups, another delay."

I'd like to be excited but when I was looking for the pic in the first post, I honestly couldn't even remember the name. I had to look up "space survival horror vaporware" to find it, and that's fucking depressing.

Doesn't seem like it. The lead guy is someone named Aaron. It is a 4 person team so I get that it's a lot of work for just 4 people but still, they should have someone in contact with the community.
Without much effort they managed to garner a cult following but its quickly dissipating and I don't know if they'll manage to get it back at this point.

I doubt there will be controversy. It will either release, have a thread or two saying "ITS FINALLY HERE" and quickly die out or it will be like "Wait three years for a game, it's 3 hours long, kek" and then die out.
