Monster Hunter but the only one on PC is the Chinese one which isn't terrible and it's pretty easy to set up and form a group with friends, the English patch doesn't translate a lot of the quest descriptions but this is MH so that's not really needed to enjoy the hunt.
If you've played any of the previous MH games it'll be pretty easy to get the hang of it.

Magicka is fantastic for co op. Hilarious really. You'll be killing each other just as often as the enemy

There's only one objective answer and it is monster hunter.

Unfortunately that's not a realistic choice on PC.
