Why do people keep posting this? Theres more to the decision of placing a datacenter than "Where are our options?" You need to consider nearby infrastructure, which companies you have connections to, where your headquarters are, etc. The dataserver company SE works with, NTT only has premium dataservers in California and Virginia, the rest weren't good enough.
