SOE flushed the game down the toilet, starting with the combat upgrade.

Shit was cash. Its a shame they could never recreate this game with modern Graphics, same game. Would get alot of people playing. No NGE/CU bullshit. The expansion was also overrated, the game could do without space ships.

this is the part I miss the most is decorating homes and inviting friends over. The community was awesome. I miss going out into the middle of now-where on Dantooine and Tatooine and setting up comfy camps at night with my buddies and chatting.

I also miss the fact that you could place a house virtually anywhere you want, or if you want to live in a city, you can join a guild and have your own neighbors that are other players (not NPC shit). My guild city was comfy as fuck, we even had 2 AT-ST's patroling

All they had to do was not touch anything, other than fixing bugs of course. The game itself , especially at launch in 2002 was buggy as fuckkkk. I remember you used to be able to go into peoples' homes that had vendors and kill their vendor npc's. I also remember the days that creature handlers were OP as fuck and could have 2 or 3 Rancors on them and fuck everyones shit up.

Dant was probably my favorite since everyone did spin groups there, waiting in line for the Doctors though Tat was where you could chill in Mos Eisley and there was also stuff going down.

it was fantastic mmo but i did everything already on other emu jedi enabled servers. pvped all summer a couple years back. awesome game with a fantastic class system where you could actually do whatever you want but in the end there's just not enough content because there were so few 'dungeons' there's not enough players to really facilitate the gcw. might come back for jtl if they ever get it working

This was one of my first mmos.
I loved the space combat more than anything, I was a master pilot.
I loved having friends manning all the turrets on my miner ship.
I missed having them over on my space yacht.
I missed having my guild help me build the most tricked out x-wing in the game.

yes, yes, we know swg was 'make your own fun game' but there's just not enough players. you have to literally beg people to get into guild wars with you and do base busting. other than that its idling coronet as jedi waiting for bhs to come get you or killing krayts/farming fort tusken. did dwb a bunch of times and the corvette wasn't in yet when i played. like i said if jtl ever gets working that will add some good stuff.
