Will this franchise ever recover?
>>377436753
already on a good path. latest is better than every game after the 2nd
>>377437089
>better than UYA
No.

I loved the first 3, deadlocked was alright, first few PS3 games were good but then stopped. This reboot was fantastic, it wasn't the same as the original obviously but has its own charm that makes it enjoyable. I'd love to see more. Also the movie was fun
Deadlocked is the best in the series.

i always forget about going commando, fuck sakes
>skipped work to see the movie
>it was awful
>got fired
what happened?
'
it just seemed like a huge stretched ingame cinematic
Full length Nexus sequel with 10/10 planets like Orxon/Boldan/Gemlik base, mini moons, arena, good platforming like Jak and Daxter and big ass Giant Clank setpiece when?
Is that too much to ask?
I just want insomniac to make another a crack in time level sequel, I mean ToD was enjoyable but damn A crack in time was a hell of a sequel. Nexus was good too if a bit short and had a bit of frame rate issues but it did have a modified aiming system and a couple of nice ideas which could be implemented in future games.
Why was the music for the PS2 games so good?

The really like the first game's soundtrack
>>377436753
It should have honestly ended after Into the Nexus.
>>377436753
The game sold tons and was absolutely a success. There will probably be a sequel once they're done with Spider-Man.
The movie flopping is irrelevant.

Insomniac Games would first need to pull their heads out of their asses about what they want to do with the series. I thought the idea of having a big, overarching story spanning multiple PS3 games involving Ratchet being the last of his multitalented kind and Clank being some gay chosen one was bad enough, but then they had the gall to make a reboot/remake of the first game whose story was strictly worse in every regard than the original. The gameplay is still fine I guess but only in the sense that it has stagnated and they don't try too many new things.
And Bergeaud was the GOAT.

Ratchet & Clank remake was the fastest and best selling one of the entire series.
>>377444172
I'd chalk that up to marketing budget. The game was one of PS4's flagship titles.
>>377438374
I'm willing to bet they are working on something that's around the same size as A Crack in Time.
It's been a while since they made a full $60 game.
