The only thing that relieves stress for me is having my mind totally occupied by one thing and it being fast paced enough that im not distracted. I have a lot of fun with shooters on their hardest settings. Getting drunk is fun too.

Kids with fidget spinners are all too distracted by the dumb things. I even threw one away that had lights on it. Dumb things. If you want to relieve stress with a physical object use silly putty, it's like a stress ball but you can stretch it in all kinds of ways instead of just squeezing it down. Even beyond squeezing you can write something with a pencil and then copy it ONTO the silly putty, that's crazy, and hey let's say you want two silly putties, you can literally snap it in two and bam, you have two for the price of one.
