I remember having an entire bag filled with them. Thinking I would be able to find one for my class, eventually. Back then, class relevant gear was a dream. Deadmines gave a sense of accomplishment because it was the only place where you could steamroll dungeon mobs.

Remember the days in WoW were there was a certain progression in gear?

Like you would get Short Cape at first and only those because they looked like shit.

The red Defias mask was the only headgear you could get till level 40 and it was the same with spaulders.

Back then the drop rates were atrocious. Sadly, at the end of WoD there was an overall increase to crafting item drops...Legion changed that fast.
