I don't care about multiplayer unless it's Pokemon. Story I think depends on the game and even if a game is suitable for a heavy story it might be better suited to different methods of delivery.

I really liked the world and music, and enjoyed the story elements in the original Xenoblade, but I didn't dig the combat at all. I'll probably get Xenoblade 2 when I get my Switch but I'm not super excited for it.

Got mine sat next to me.

I picked it up launch week, and haven't touched it - but for a reason. Reason being, I picked up the Zelda game, but I've never played a Zelda before, so I decided to do a run through of the 'modern' Zelda games, starting at Ocarina of Time on 3DS. Then Majora's Mask, Wind Waker on the Wii U, Twilight Princess on Wii U, Skyward Sword on Wii (using my Wii U), and then breath of the Wild.

I haven't started the series yet, because I was finishing up the other Wii U games I recently picked up. These being W101, Tropical Freeze (hard as balls), Super Mario 3D World (meh), Mario Kart 8 (will be picking this up again on Switch), Captain Toad, and Yoshi's Wooly World (started this morning).

I have Shovel Knight on Switch, and I plan on getting Street Fighter, Owlboy, Hollow Knight, Splatoon 2, ARMS, and Super Mario Odyssey. Solid line-up if you ask me.


My sister has been playing Breath of the Wild, so it's not like it's collecting dust. Unlike my Xbox One.

Based on this post of mine, i did some thinking, and i think the "new switch" will be kinda like on the picture.
Same size, very similar form factor, some metallic bezels to make it look fancier and a screen that takes almost all the space and have a 900p resolution.
Why 900p? because if you use a non scaled 720p picture on this screen, it gets EXACTLY ON THE SAME FUCKING SIZE as the current Switch screen size.
So the idea like before is to run the game on the docked mode but while portable by the power of die shrinking, and allow you to still run the games on portable mode to save on battery, and while on this mode, it does virtual black bezels by just running the picture at its native resolution on the middle of the screen.
