>Nintendo fans defended this game
Does this confirm they are the worst fanbase?
>>377381560
Color Splash was actually good, pic related on the other hand is the worst game I've ever played.
>>377381560
At least it's better than Sticker Star.
>>377381560
It was a lot of fun. The problem is people being as narrow minded as you are.
>>377381560
It has good music.
>>377381560
I thought they just said it was an improvement (which really wasn't hard after Sticker Star) and still wanted a game more like the first 2.
>>377381560
>>377381832
Bothwere shit.
One was yet another remake, and the other spits on the franchise simply because Miyamoto's autism couldn't handle having two Mario rpg series
>>377381832
Star foz zero was greatas a co-op game
the paper mario on the wii was cancer. biggest regret in gaming 2bh
>>377381560
Except we didn't
>>377382010
Stop with this fucking meme, Super Paper Mario wasn't an RPG an nobody bitched about it. If anything, the issue with Color Splash is that it has too-many RPG-like elements.
>>377382006
Its not even really an improvement
>cards can only be arranged in one row instead of a grid like SS
>have to paint cards every turn and then flick them, should just flick by default
>white spots everywhere, have to mindlessly smack all of them in a level to boost the percentage
>>377382150
Super Paper Mario at least encouraged you to defeat enemies, had original characters, and a good story.
Sticker shit and the sequel had none of that.
>>377382307
Irrelevant to what you posted.
>>377382348
How is it irrelevant?
If you enjoyed them, fine. But they're still garbage compared to the first 3games.

>Super Paper Mario wasn't an RPG an nobody bitched about it
Fucking wrong. You could not be wronger. Plenty of people bitched about it not being a true Paper Mario, and those complaints were valid, because they had come to expect Paper Mario to mean a turn-based RPG. The reason that nobody currently bitches about Super Paper Mario is that it ended up doing its own thing pretty well. It had good gameplay, a good story, and generally just didn't suck, so it was forgivable for it to be different. Compare these qualities to Sticker Star and Color Splash, which both actually suck shit. While they brought back the turn-based gameplay, the systems behind it are really terrible and the flavor of the series has been removed in favor of homogenized Toad bullshit. No partners, nothing. The levels don't even feel unique in the most recent two Paper Mario games, they're just standard fare. And that would be fine normally, it's okay to just have standard fare, but when they don't stand out as games in any other way you bet your ass it's a problem to not have something unique in the levels too.
