Why does PM feel so clunky, and rigid when it comes to movements? It makes me not wanna play the game.

Brawl engine has a forced 1 frame buffer or some bull shit. Melee also has specific physics quirks that the pm team can't replicate. Melee really is the best game ever.

Not him, but I go to this one local for Smash 4 (originally started going for Melee) and it has a few players that attend who are top 50 on PGR.

I'll sometimes play Melee friendlies, and they are some of the shittiest people I've met irl. Iirc, literally the only exceptions to that are this one rando Marth I played near closing one month, and Hbox.

From my experience, Melee is mostly cancer. Smash 4 may be an inferior game, but the community is generally more welcoming and friendly imo.

The only reason I ever have to go back and play Melee outside of nostalgia is for nimble Ganondorf and his Oot design/voice.
