I can't think of any other gaming forum not dedicated to Nintendo games where the switch was more well-received than on /v/. We have more Mario Kart and ARMS threads than pretty much any forum that isn't dedicated to just those games or Nintendo.

To answer your question the attachment rate for major Switch games like Mario Kart is near 100%. Persona 5 did well despite being a much more niche title and there were no other major console releases in April. Usually the top of the monthly NPD charts consists of either sports games or a multiplat FOTM AAA game, and we saw neither of those this April.
