I generally never touch these, as far as I'm concerned there's no point 99% of the time.

Only exception is when I'm playing Titanfall with music on in the background because nobody uses mics in pub matchmaking anyways

Usually, 50% music, 70% SFX, 70% voices. With exceptions.

GTAV Stunt Races and Trackmania I go 0% volume and then play eurobeat. Same for times in MMOs when I know I'm gonna be grinding for a while and wanna get it done fast.

PSO2 in particular has god-tier music but the sound effects in a large party are excruciating, so 70% music and 30% SFX, voices are whatever, medium maybe.
