I only played for the graphics so nothing went wrong for me.

Never played the other games, cared about the books, movies or whatever and i spoiled myself everything to get the best ending plus cheating materials and money.

I had a great time exploring the world.

Novigrad, north east novigrad, the viking islands and toussant are best areas.

Same here. Comfy as fuck just wandering around, getting memed on by wolves, taking screenshots and so on.

Why was the loot system so god fucking awful in this game? It being so bad also ruined any incentive for exploration when the rewards weren't rewards in the first place

Why is Yen so fuckable?

>the combat is clunky and repetitive and can't carry 150 hours worth of game
>not a single interesting quest from gameplay standpoint, it's all follow red lines

I played 1 when it came out about ten year ago and tried to play it again but couldn't. Don't worry about it. Have a read of the books if you like though, my main man.
