While I think this whole chapter 3 thing is complete bullshit, I will concede that Konami does take data mining and leaks seriously. Many of their arcade games have phased updates over time which used to all come loaded in the game data and then unlocked via network update, but now they just push all that data down over the network so that no one can find out ahead of time.

you can't even configure mother base how you want it which is much more intergral to the core gameplay of MGSV than returning to camp omega

and instead of a cool scripted bit with d-dog it just turns up randomly and barks at you
