I'm kinda surprised it was Darkstalkers 3 that made the list and not 2, since 2 was the peak of the series' popularity. I know 3 had more longevity among the hardcore crowd, but 2 was the one that drew the biggest audience back in the day.

im a huge darkstalkers fan, but lets be honest theres just not enough intrest in the game, especially after the SFV mess

Honest question since i am not a fighting game nerd: I really love Garou and Last Blade (played and discovered through emulating neogeo library) and i liked sf3 too(think it was called alpha or something, emulated on mame). Are those considered good fightin games by people knowledgable about the genre?
