Hey guys I recently just started maining AST and I have a question, let's say you used an Expanded Balance then immediately casted Combust 2 + 1, that would mean that Balance would've been already in the 25s mark and since Combust 2 is 30s.
So if I'm calculating this right, would it be wise to cast Combust 2-or any other dot for that matter- again before Balance runs out since the game "snapshots" your stats especially on dots?
