Get some music. The right type of music can motivate you to be more active. It makes your body move.

Also since you are indulging in so much sugars your body is in constant inflammation and if you can get a hold on some sativa heavy cannabis, even better if in a 1:1 THC/CBD ratio, that would be really helpful to you. I've been addicted for a year to sleeping pills because I was depressed when I started college. I needed that to feel better during the day and to sleep at night. You guys have no idea what a real addiction feels like and how hard it is to change that. And you can't force yourself to drink water instead of Coke ? You'll never lose anything if you can't find the will to improve the way you live.

This is not what I wanted to say. I just don't think it's on the same level. I was litteraly shaking and crying for a few days when I stopped drugs. A few of my best friends were fat and they started all a diet, it's not easy but it's not hard either. If you can't find the will to ask your mom or yourself to not buy soda anymore and doritos, you will never change. I don't want to be mean but you are just weak.

When you are really fat you lose weight very fast and it motivates you to go on. You just have to start somewhere, but if you don't want to start it will never change. As someone who went trought something similar, it's the only advice I can give, DO IT.
