Playing the demo combat feels sluggish(makes sense character wise, kiryu is tired and old but thats not an excuse to make gameplay sloppy) and worse than the other games and the framerate is iffy. It just felt mediocre at best. For every new feature, they took something away.

Combat was revamped, but you don't get THAT feel.

The exploration is rad, with the ability to enter into lots of buildings and fight inside like an open world, but huge swaths of the district are blocked off. But there is Hiroshima, which is a rad addition.

Way less mini games. And it doesn't feel like the same level of style or love were put into them.

The gang mechanic is kinda cool but also kinda dull.

I guess 0 spoiled the hell out of me.The game also makes me want to play 4.

I've been seeing very very goofy side missions and mini games present in Yakuza 0. I never knew this series was so god damn hilarious. Are the other games as funny or is Y0 just goofier than the rest?

The hotel district, Purgatory and the Champion district are all blocked off forever in the full game. It really needed an extra year or two and this is coming from someone who things the game is still just okay.

I really hate to say, I hope we don't get it. I'm glad we got 0, and 1 remake. But I'm so fucking tired of Kiryu, even if I live him his story should have ended in 3. I would rather they remake 2 (almost preferably not in 6 engine unless they fix it) and if we get that, they can fuck off for all I care. Lest they let a new mc take the place in new entries, I'm just not interested. And I don't wsnt 5 or 6 main characters to play as either, give me 1, maybe 2 and focus really hard on them.

Things that bugs me the most is the map, minigames and enemy fightstyles (shimano has shakedown moves) is almost literally the same from 0. It does have seamless open city, as in you don't get loading screens when you run around one city, when you use taxi even to go to other point in the map you have loading screen and when you go to hiroshima you have like 2 minute loading screen.
Also because of the seamless shit you get a bad framerate with stutters, worse graphics and very bad draw distance.
