In general Fo4 modding is dead as Beth hasn't released a proper CK. Console modding doubleso as script extenders are not allowed.

No there isn't as all console mods have to go through MS and MS won't allow anything copyright infringing (eg macho man deathclaws) or lewd (nude reskins).

And all the uploads are non-copyright infringing PG-rated reskins, not nudes. Meshes can't have genitalia on them.

Also this isn't modding insomuch as it is 1000 different recolors, a thing Beth could have implemented in the base game if they were remotely competent (see Sims 3, which features a fully working ingame recoloring toolset). For comparison, the Loverslab team has more or less completely rebuild Skyrim's animation system to make their mod function, they could only do this because Beth released a full CK for Skyrim which gave modders the necessary access to the game engine to implement new functionality.

So basically console players can't get access to regular bodymods, unless they are completely redone or renamed and reuploaded as something different (that is, until a moderator finds it and removes it).

Read the Terms of Service, MS has the right to restrict the mods used on their Xbone service. This means no nudity and nothing involving copyrighted material. This is their explicit policy:

right, as we all know. The moderators take anything down within a week or so of release of said mods. A couple managed to stay on the pages for a couple months before and I was just wondering if there was a last hidden gem or if someone attempted to try and re-upload their own lewd mod again. People will try, it doesn't mean they will succeed
